- Pay Total Payment 15 Day Before for Domestic Tour, And 30Day Before For international tour.
- The above rates are based on the minimum requested number of adults/children traveling together. Should there be any change in the number of passengers, the rates may change accordingly.
- 100% payment to be made in advance for booking the services. Payment can be done by cheque or NEFT.
- There will be a 100% cancellation levied on cancellations made after the booking is confirmed.
- Service taxes mentioned above are as per prevailing rates from the Govt Of India. Should there be any changes in it, the same will be notified and levied accordingly?
- Rate of exchange (ROE) is considered as 1 USD = INR 69.00 & 1 SGD = INR 51.00 for proposal. Any change in ROE will lead to a change in price. ROE will be taken on the date final of payment @ 1 rs extra from xe.com
- Train / Flight / Visa / Insurance tram and condition, process, and cancellation depend on several factors, We only meet him to you.
- This proposal is valid for the said dates/months; prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Flights, trains are regulated by governing authorities of respective countries. Any changes in their regulation and increase/decrease/changes of costs/status/operation will be advised accordingly.
- On tour expenses, if any will be charged to the client directly.
- “Deep travels” will not be responsible for any loss or damage to a person (life body) or any kind of issue faced during the tour, it is compulsory to intimate us during that time of tour only, so that it can be rectified. After the tour is complete, we are not liable for any kind of refund.
- Grant of visa is at the discretion of the respective consular office/ embassy. DEEP TRAVEL NAGPUR acts as an agent for visa submission and collection of documents and is not responsible for the grant of visa.

- Natural Disasters like Bad Weather or Climatic Conditions, Land Slides, Earthquakes etc.
- Any Government or Political Disturbances like Strike, Curfew etc.
- Any failure or Cancelation of Flights, Railway Reservations Etc.
- In Case if Your Tour Is Extended By Any Reason you pay Additional Charges for It or Do It by yourself
- Cancellation Request has to be sent to us by Email. Such cancellation charges shall also be applicable on reduction of rooms after initial confirmation. Cancellation charges shall also be applicable if the guests fail to show up for any flight or train cancellations.
- Cancellation made within 15-30 days from the date of arrival: 50%
- Cancellation made within 07-14 days from the date of arrival: 75%
- Cancellation made within 03-07 days from the date of arrival: 100%
